Notes for 2018 Expressions of Interest


  • The 2018 RDS Primary Science Fair will take place in the RDS, Dublin from January 11 - 13, Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, January 18-20 and Belfast Waterfront, Belfast, June 6-7.

  • It is recommended that teachers work through the RDS Primary Science Fair Class Project Planning Framework with their class before answering the questions below.

  • Stands will be allocated to schools based on the information provided in this form.

  • Each project exhibited must be the work of only one class. Those wishing to incorporate the work of a second class must submit a separate expression of interest for each class.

  • Only whole class projects will be accepted for exhibition i.e. no individual or small group projects.

  • At the time of submission please ensure that you have the permission of the school Principal.

  • This form must be completed in one sitting as details cannot be saved and returned to at a later time. We recommend that you enter all of the required details and information for this form onto a Word document first which can then be copied and pasted into the online form when fully complete.

  • A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of an entry. If this is not received you should check your junk mail or spam folder. Otherwise let us know if you have not received confirmation after 12 hours.
